Video Brighten In When Switch To Fullscreen In Second Display

Possible Fix :

Fix 1 

try : Right click on a YouTube video, Settings, click on the monitor icon on the left and Uncheck hardware acceleration, restart your browser, This fixed it for me.

Fix 2

Uncheck the convert UYF to RGB in video player settings.
